Cancellation policy

Items in stock:

Orders for items in stock can be cancelled until they are shipped. Shipping is usually same or next day. 

Shipping Delays:

If, on the rare occasion we are experiencing delays for whatever reason, it will be noted on the website and any unshipped, outstanding orders will receive a notice by e-mail. If you prefer, you can cancel your order by e-mailing:   orders@bluedaisystudio.ca   with your name and order number and we will gladly cancel it for you. If you are willing to wait for your items, please be patient with us and we'll ship it out as soon as possible.

Custom Notebook Orders:

Orders for custom notebooks are generally put into production same or next day and shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday). Please contact us if you wish to cancel. Depending on where in the production process we are, we may be able to cancel it. Cancellation is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
